Bake Sale Fundraiser Hosted by our Tweens & Youth Sunday

All are invited to stop in the lobby and shop for their favorite goodies. Not eating sweets? Donations cheerfully accepted. Let’s help our Tweens & Youth start the school year off on a sweet note.

*All bakers are invited to bring treats to sell*

Donate Blood Sunday 8:30am-12:30 pm

It is easy and your donation will help up to three people. You can donate if you are 17+ or 16 with parent consent form; bring your ID with you; weigh at least 100 lbs.; and haven’t gotten a tattoo within the last 12 months. We hope you’ll prayerfully consider blood donation in your regular giving. Click here to schedule your blood donation.

New Horizon Food for Thought

The start of the new school year is here, and we must be ready to pack our student bags again, so we need your help replenishing our food item inventory. 

These are the food items we are collecting:

Box or bag of rice (1lb or less), Bag or can of beans/chickpeas/lentils/split peas (1lb or less), Oatmeal pouches, Applesauce or fruit cups, Granola bars, Can of tuna or chicken  (6 oz or less), Snack box size of raisins or craisins, Crackers (sleeves), Jar of peanut butter (16 oz or 18 oz), Mac & Cheese cups (microwave).  The food bag is given to elementary students to take home, so please be mindful of the size of the food item. Please leave your donations at our table in the lobby.

Dinner Out Group Thursday, August 22, 6:00 pm, Taj Indian Grill

A Disciple’s Path Begins Sunday, Aug. 25, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness…this is what we commit to when we become members of The United Methodist Church, and it’s a big step. Discipleship is ongoing, so the 6-week study helps you develop spiritual practices, discover your unique gifts, and engage in ministry.
