Dear beloved friends in Christ,

This is truly the time when the song “I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God” rings true in our hearts, right here right now. You welcome and accept Bob and I with open heart and mind. You make us feel as though we have been here all along. We are truly one body, the body of Christ, no matter where we are in this one world. Isn’t there another song stating: “In Christ there is no East or West, in him no South or North, but one great fellowship of love.” That’s what I pray our church remains: “one great fellowship of love” in Jesus Name. Ephesians 2:19 and 20 remind us, “So now you are no longer strangers and aliens. Rather, you are fellow citizens with God’s people, and you belong to God’s household. As God’s household, you are built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone” CEB.

Thank you Pastor Lisa, the staff, the SPR team, the trustees and to the beloved congregation for the preparation of the parsonage, the church celebration, the exciting Vacation Bible school experience, the two wonderful women’s group studies I had the privilege of interacting with this morning. We had a great trustees’ meeting yesterday. The presence of the Holy Spirit led the worship experience this past Sunday. To God be the glory.
